A healthy and balanced diet is just as important as your excercise routine! Fresh Fitness Food was born through requests from my clients who were struggling to find the time to prepare and cook their healthy meals. This is where we come in to save the day! We prepare,cook and deliver all of your meals. We have a delicious range of lunch and dinner options to choose from aswell as some packages to get you through the week! Trainer & owner Chris Robinson can also asess your dietary needs and custom plan a meal package to suit your needs if required. All meals are high in protein, no fat, no sugar and full of goodness to work along side your weekly workouts to give you that body you desire!

HOW IT WORKS:
1. Choose your meals online by clicking the link below, you can individually select the meals or choose one of our weekly packages
2. Pay for meals through our secure online store
3. You will recieve an email confirming your order & a confirmation text on Monday once your meals are ready
4. Pickup is from the studio- 132 Regent Street Redfern and delivery is from 5pm-9pm every monday
5. Orders must be in before 8am Monday morning
