Hi everyone and welcome to 2017! I hope everyone is ready for a fresh start and ready to smash some goals this year..
I have asked a lot of clients, friends and family over the last few weeks if they had any new years resolutions or goals.. Suprisingly, alot of people said they hadn't thought of any. I personally believe resolutions and goals are a great way to kick off the year !
My resolutions are too:
1. Save more money
2. Spend more time at the beach
3. Grow my business
4. Re-hab my shoulder back to 100% so I can train better and get back on my motorbike
These may seem somewhat generic but they are very important to me. I urge each of you to think of 3-5 things you would like to achieve in 2017 and let me know what they are, I would genuinely love to know! They can be fitness related, work related, whatever you like!
I really looking forward to helping everyone achieve their goals this year and I hope everyone is ready to smash it out in the studio!
